SpaceX's Falcon 9 rocket makes a splash landing as it topples off drone ship

SpaceX has released footage of a failed attempt to land the first stage of its rocket, Falcon 9, on a drone ship off the coast of Florida Falcon 9 is a two-stage rocket tasked with sending SpaceX's Dragon cargo capsule to the International Space Station.
